Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed or access disabled is not infringing or you possess authorization from the copyright owner or their agent to post and use the material, you can submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
- 2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been blocked, along with the location where it appeared prior to removal;
- 3. A statement indicating your good faith belief that the removal or disabling of access was due to a mistake or misidentification of the content;
- 4. Your name, address, phone number, email address, a declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement affirming your willingness to accept service of process from the individual who notified you of the alleged infringement.
If we receive a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward it to the original complainant, letting them know that we may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder files a legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content might be restored or accessible again within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate, at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site or terminate accounts of any users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of any prior infractions.
